Welcome to Sabina

Our Chef

Sabina was born from a deep desire to follow my dreams, and from my love for cooking and the authentic flavors of Mexico.

When I first arrived in Vancouver, there were moments when I deeply missed my culture, my traditions, and above all, the familiar flavours of home. It was within that sense of longing that I found the inspiration to create this project.

The name Sabina is also a tribute to María Sabina, the wise healer from Oaxaca, who has been a source of inspiration to me for her profound connection to the spiritual and energetic world. Her legacy reminds me of the strength of our roots and the importance of honouring who we are.
